History of the Linkin Park

Linkin Park is nu metal wing bands from Aguora Hills, California, in the United States. They had several times changed its name, such as Xero, Hybrid Theory, Linkin Park to name until now. The name "Linkin Park" itself is a play on the name of a park in Los Angeles, Lincoln Park.

Prior to being a vocalist Chester Bennington of Linkin Park, Mark Wakefield first became vocalist. However, he came out from Linkin Park - when it used the name Hybrid Theory - to become the manager of a music group Taproot. Bassist Dave Farrell aka "Phoenix" also came out briefly from Linkin Park to join a tour with his old band, Tasty Snax. While 4 other personnel - Brad Delson, Mike Shinoda, Joe Hahn and Rob Bourdon - Linkin Park always survive since its formation.

Linkin Park has released three studio albums, namely Hybrid Theory, Meteora and Minutes to Midnight. Linkin Park also released the album Live in Texas, Reanimation and Collision Course, and Hybrid Theory EP. Linkin Park's success in popularizing songs like Crawling, In the End, Numb, Somewhere I Belong, and What I've Done. In total, albums Linkin Park has sold over 50 million copies.

The beginning of the formation of Linkin Park

Early formation of Linkin Park is meeting Mike Shinoda and Brad Delson (Linkin Park guitarist) in grade 7. Then they formed a band called Xero. Brad also played for the band Relative Degree, one of the personnel is Rob Bourdon (Linkin Park drummer). Mike met Rob through Brad and Rob joined Xero. Hybrid Theory.

Linkin Park released her first album, Hybrid Theory, on October 24, 2000 with the first single One Step Closer. However, the more famous is the single Crawling and In the End. Minutes to Midnight

In 2006, they began recording material for a new album of Linkin Park, the "Minutes To Midnight". Many have criticized Linkin Park because it is often delayed launch. Flow
